Avoidance

I've been trying to work on some writing projects. However, it turns out that some part of my mind tells me that doing chores is more important than the writing. So I end up not writing at all. It's kinda sad that I have to fight with myself to do something that could be fun. That awful chattering mind voice has got to be ignored.
Today I will write!

I am in that exact same place.

I have learned that every time I set up a set time to write, I don't.

I have since learned the art of rest.
Real, deep breathing-day dreaming.
That art only arises from laziness.

House cleaning can a necessary step to avoid distraction, or it can be the act of distraction. Stop self-sabotage in it's tracks.

We have the right to Write.
